We are working with a ground-breaking boutique, Asset Management business. Our client is looking to hire a Team Administrator into their London based team, providing an excellent opportunity to progress with this growing business.

Part of this role accounts for administrative duties, such as taking both internal and external calls to troubleshoot queries head on and ensuring all company documents created and produced are coherent and on brand. You will support the office with printing and photocopying requests, working collaboratively with the team across the business.

The other half of this role is taking the lead on the company’s document control, being accountable for various responsibilities using SharePoint. You will follow government guidelines and identify the need for new and improved document templates. You will provide support and assistance with projects alongside the Operations Manager, as well as working to file and document new projects and folders to the system.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, with at least 6 months office experience. You possess an impeccable proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF, as well as being a strong communicator with organisational skills that are second to none. You are proactive and presentable, being the face of the brand to greet and welcome pristine clients, thriving in a collaborative work environment.
