We are working with a pioneering boutique Asset Management business, who are looking to hire a Team Assistant and Office Manager into their London based office. This is the perfect opportunity to build on your experience and be valued in a thriving business.

The majority of this role is centred around supporting the Operations Manager as a Team Assistant, with a broad range of responsibilities. From processing expense claims and organising meetings and agendas, to troubleshooting queries in an efficient and professional manner, no two days will be the same. You will provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service, enforcing policy and procedures across the business, as well as taking the lead in quality control to ensure all documents are sent out on brand.

A minor part of this role will also be acting as an Office Manager, with various responsibilities. This can include lunch orders for important client meetings, managing the control of meeting rooms, as well as ensuring the office is fully equipped with the required instruments, from stationary to water supply.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, willing to grow with the company. You have an impeccable proficiency in Microsoft Suite, as well as having established Adobe PDF skills. You are a strong communicator, with organisational skills that are second to none. You are proactive and presentable, being the face of the brand to greet and welcome pristine clients, thriving in a collaborative work environment.
