Ready, Steady…Cook

Our amazing team here at Executive Partnerships are the backbone to our continuing success, and this NEVER goes unnoticed. We make it our mission to host parties every quarter of the year to say thank you to the ongoing dedication and success of our team. From a day at Ascot filled with winning (and losing) bets, a drizzling afternoon on the rapids white water rafting for our 1st birthday, to clay pigeon shooting, we make every Quarterly Bash (QB) a little more exciting than just drinks in a fancy venue.

2018 so far has been a particularly momentous year for us. We hired our first summer intern, Rebecca Titmuss, who found her feet promptly in such a fast-paced environment, alongside Harriet Moore, who recently joined our team as a Manager, specialising in recruiting into early-stage tech start-ups. We moved into new offices in Covent Garden and partnered with our biggest client yet, of which we look forward to the opportunities this opens up for the rest of the year.

Last week, with freshly baked pancakes and a bottle of Salmanazar at the ready, (a staggering 9Litres of Champagne before 11 am!) it was time to channel our inner Gordon Ramsey at The Underground Cookery School, in Hoxton.

 

Split into three teams, the winning team would need to source the products from across London, bartering for the cheapest prices and free produce, The Apprentice style! It’s surprisingly hard to find dark chocolate of a 50-60% concentration. We went on to produce a 2-course meal (including homemade pasta, thank you very much!) which was surprisingly quite good.
